Mayor Elcio Berti of Bocaiuva do Sul in Brazil signed a document banning homosexuals from taking up residence and staying permanently in his town push up birth rates.
If he?s after pushing up birth rates maybe he should distribute free porn. But
rumors have it the good mayor wants only heterosexual couples raising the
town?s laboratory-conceived male embryos cloned from Hitler?s blood cells.
