I've had this domain for over a year. I didn't register it try to play on hustler's barely legal.. don't come tell me that I'm the only one with a domain that has those words in it because there are more. MY sites/galleries have nothing to do with hustler nor do they say that they are associated with hustler in any way.

now if I went out and registered barelylegalhustler.com or some shit that would be a different story.

hustler is very active in protecting it's intellectual property and trademarks. just cuz others do it doesn't make it safe. I wouldn't have touched that phrase with a 10 foot pole. best of luck to you if you think they won't be contacting you to transfer the domain to them.

I never said that if others do it it's ok for me to do it and I understand the whole trademark thing. If I was using that domain name claiming that I'm part of Hustler just to make $ from their name then I would totally understand them getting pissed about it but in the last 7 years I've never did anything like that.
