Anyone use Probilling?
 

I heard they send an email to each customer just before they rebill them. Anyone use them and have good results?

We use Netbilling and CCbill. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

I am pretty sure the email thing is an option if they have it. I know Verotel did this at a time, but you could shut it off.

We use Ibill as Primary billing for our sites.

Don't use probilling if you want affiliates...way too much of a hassle.

Ya I know, the stats are the most unuser friendly I have ever seen.

they are fucking horrible...I believe you need to signup with a new email for every affiliate program you want to promote (well, at least we had that problem messing with someone's program recently)

The most gawd awful biller that's STILL in business (join the pool as to WHEN in 2004 they go out of biz).

Do yourself and your client base a favor...

STAY AWAY FROM PROBILLING! If your in the USA I suggest Ibill or CCBill and if your Canadian or EURO I suggest Verotel.

We use them. Only good for US clients and expensive. They talk about lowering their rate and that's all it is, talk.

We also cannot log into their site from the office, they block us.

They scrub very hard. We use Webstream. Good company

Probilling has been good. Though not great.

I'm Canadian so I'll have a look at Verotel. I used to have accounts with ibill, ccbil, globill and other before the big visa fuckup.

All i can say is we use them for checks and have done for about 3 months now, so far the fraud (void) checks are around 10-15% But with all other processors Epoch , Ibill and CCbill we had about 50- 60% fraud on checks. So far this is our best option But CCbill or Epoch rule as far as CC go. Forget Ibill when you start doing bigger numbers they turn into a nightmare, Oh and their commision % is very high.
