let me address your concerns:

1 - Every major program sends joins to us. There are hundreds of programs, often times they have multiple accounts. Thus if they sent one join to 3 different accounts, they would have 3x the likelihood of winning on any given day.

2 - Less than half of the winners were programs. The rest were tgp, link list and submitters.

3 - We do not accept cross sales. All of those sales are the same kinds of sales you could have made. Good old traditional "send a surfer & convert" joins.

A contest is for everyone, Everyone can enter if you are big or small it shouldn't matter. But probelly it does, That's something i dislike.

If you want to take care of people who are making you the most money, Give them a bonus on there Cheques or send them a Basket with presents. Dont let them win a contest who should be for everyone.

almost half the people who won were small webmasters!

day 8 was almost guaranteed to be somebody big because it required you to have sent a join every day for 4 of the first 7 days...

so out of 7 possible random winner days... 3 small webmasters, 4 programs.. SO THE FUCK WHAT! All these people send us traffic...

When i saw the initial list i expected exactly the kind of reaction i'm getting.. but what you have recommended i do? reshuffle the deck til somebody "small" or somebody who is "gfy approved" won?

quentin, jason, boss hawg, pk.. they all have just as much right to win as the rest of the webmasters and it would be 100% wrong of me to discard them simply because of appearances.

on that note.. you cocksmokers are really gonna hate the promo that starts on the 1st..

because starting on the 1st... for two weeks it's a fucking free for all... every join is an entry... and on the 16th we pull one entry out of the hat.. and that entry is going to the superbowl.. 40 yard line.. 1000 bucks spending cash, hotel and airfare!

so you know what? if you only send one join.. you have a much lower chance than if you send 400 joins in that period! so i'd bet even money that somebody big will win.. and you flamers can all whine and complain about that too!

Hey I'm not saying it's fair or right I'm just saying that's biz. Of course it's stupid and most everyone knows that, but hey I don't give a fuck. I don't believe most of the people that try to load you up on bullshit about ratios, contests, prizes, bonuses or anything anyway. Just work and be honest and do what's within your moral limits and collect your checks and worry about your own biz and not everyone elses and it's all good. Avoid the drama and the stress.
