Question to those of you , who are old enough to shave in here....
 

No not that kind of shave :Graucho I mean the removal of excess facial hair by means of a razor. If you endulge in such manly practice, what kind of Razor do you use or recommend? I usually use the cheapie disposables, but someone just sent me a Gilette Mach 3 turbo. Anyone tried it ? Or what is your favorite razor, and I dont mean electric.

I have the mach 3.. my only complaint with it is that replacement razors are expensive..

MACH 3 is excellent. Just don't let your woman start using them.. she will like them too and less razors for you heh

I use the same one. Works fine.. but the replacement blades are a ripoff.

28 here, i stick with the sensors, mach 3 a bit up market for me :)

Gilette Mach 3 turbo is what i use; it's the best! Only thing with it is it's hard to get under the nose but not imposible!:thumbsup

Can't wait till they come out with a 5, 6, 20... blade razor.... sorry, but I never tried the quatro but think it's retarded to just up the ante with an extra blade. :2 cents:

I shave my head weekly with the Mach3. Have for 7 years now.

The mach 3 is great, but never get in mind to try shaving your balls with it >Ouch<

I tossed my Gillette Mach 3 after comparing the two.

They say the extra blade really doesn't make a big difference, but my skin felt smoother using the 4 blade Schick.

Gilette Mach 3 - never found anything better although I've not tried the 4 blade thing yet but then aren't replacement blades for that even more expensive?

I'm a big fan of the Mach 3......just make sure you take it easy your first time.


I almost took out a chunk of my upper lip with it cause i didnt know how to apply proper pressure with it.


Other than that, it kicks ass

Mach 3 is the best... the quatro blade will do nothing but tear your face to shreads.

If you are too much of a cheapskate to buy extra blades just buy em in bulk.. :1orglaugh

Single blade disposable. Everything else I seem to cut myself with.

tesco's 10 for 42p does the job better than any big name razors

Mach 3 is the best I've ever had, and when the wife tried it, it's the best she ever had, only down fall is they are VERY expensive, but worth it.

Mach 3 rocks my face, I've been using it for years... I got a free trial one from the supermarket I worked at when it first came out, I still have it, the woman uses it now, I'm using a Turbo.

I noticed the difference as well. I thought I was getting the same razor that I had been using when I got the mach3 but I was using the quatro. Big difference in just that one blade. They also last a hell of alot longer than the Mach3.

you two would definitely like the 4 blade then. It seems to last a hell of a long time.

Give it try at least, it's better than that worn out dull as hell blade your using now :)

i use a mach3 right now.. but i know a few people that use the quatro..

i might get a quatro.. hadn't heard any complaints..

i have to buy new blades for my mach3 like twice a month.. are the quatro blades any cheaper?
