Here's how it works basically to lay it out for you. Alright so there's your first part in action.

Now he's sweating a little because he doesn't want to talk to the press. But the press is blowing it up at the urging of the cops as they are fed information. Now her name is appearing in more and more papers, now her name is appearing in national news. Guess what, now you're about to be fired from your job, now your parents know for sure if they didn't already, now your school will know and all the people at school will know.

Now she's feeling the pressure, he's still trying to stay cool, it's time to talk to her, tell her how good your lawyer is and how you'll take care of her, knowing you're more worried about protecting your own ass. Now the police are in her ear, she already lost her job and everyone knows. Her parents are in her ear too. Tell us who else is doing this, what else is going on. The police press her with threats or bigger charges against her for hiding info she has on what he does and what she's seen.

They tell her how much trouble he's in, how much trouble she'll be in for protecting him, how when they talked to him he didn't care about her, just himself. Before you know it she caves, she's lost her job, her parents are pissed, her whole school knows, and she's afraid she can't be a doctor, lawyer or whatever she wanted for a career.

She caves and drops the dime on your ass, there's alcohol given to the girls, weed, sex and it's being videotaped and pictures taken. The girls don't know what their getting into and this and that. She maybe even gives up names that she knows.

There you go, you caught major case, your girls they have so much to lose and they're young, they aren't used to the heat from the law. They dropped a dime on your ass and now the feds are looking at you. Now it's not one girl, it's 2 or 3 or 5 or 10.

Good luck you just bought some real shit, now the locals, feds, irs and everyone else knows you and soon you'll know who you're bunking with and sucking dick for for the next 10 years.

This is all based on the law these opinions. Personally I think when girls get drunk or high they should still be held totally responsible for anything they do afterwards and no sympathy should be given to them or anyone else on a substance. Since it was first their decisions to drink, smoke or whatever. The law just doesn't agree with me and not all money is smart money.

It really has little to do with a good lawyer at this point and the cops know that. The public nudity issue is an easy one and not something to be worried about, but this could be a lead in or a gateway to get at the stuff they haven't been able to get at yet that a good lawyer won't be much help on.

A good lawyer will advise you not to speak to the cops at all because they know how they will intimidate & manipulate a potential witness & twist the truth around.

Upon advice from 2 lawyers one a constitutional specialist, another a criminal lawyer they both advised me to move out of Texas to shoot my own content.

They both also warned that if I were to take models from Texas across state lines I COULD be in violation of the Mann Act.

They both said that it didn't mean that the charge had merit, or that it couldn't be overturned on appeal...however the question was could I afford being a "test case."

Personally I would say that if you start making some good cash pushing the limits of the law and stay under the radar that you have to be smart enough to filter that cash to biz that isn't so much pushing the boundaries but is still profitable. That's how all smart businessmen work the system. But most people can't do it because of greed and ego, they want more and have to keep making it just as fast and easy as before so they end up killing themselves off usually.

Well I doubt the female is going to reap the financial rewards of this press and will figure it out to cry victim and that she needed work, money, etc.. and he urged her to do it and gave her drugs, booze etc..

If he runs his shit legitimately then at least he has the truth on his side. Of course it aint worth dick unless you can prove it in court, but, it should at least help you sleep at night.

If on the other hand there were some shady dealings, maybe a few girls who were under the influence, then there are a few things to get a bit antsy about.
