even yahoo fucks with credit card recurring

Yeah, so I moved across the country and wanted to be able to watch Ole Miss football games.... Yahoo had a little service that let me watch a few of them online, $14.95 a month. So I signup, decide to cancel a few weeks later.... the cancel form conveniently said "An error has occured, please try again later" for the next several weeks. Finally one day I go back and choose cancel and it says it is cancelled. I get confirmation email and everything. I check back 2 months later, said I was fucking active, it was like I never cancelled the service and they kept on billing me. Needless to say Yahoo got 4 chargebacks from me last week.

i hosted a small mainstream site with them until i purchased cheaper/better hosting several months ago.

i got an error message when i tried to cancel, and they told me i have to call them long distance between 9-4 PST to cancel.

i'm just too damn lazy, so they bill me $11.95 monthly.

I would almost gaurantee that error message is intentional, I'm 90% sure mine was.

It would be interesting to contact them to ask an explanation

I'm not surprised since Atherton bought yahoo.
