I know a guy who works in a Risk Management company. Seems like a booming business.

Its a ridiculous bunch of shit that we have SHOVED down our throats in the military. Its nothing but a common sense based approach to avoiding danger or risk in every aspect of your life from driving to taking a fucking shower. Don't waste your time and especially your money.

im sure you could grab a book on mathematical programming, many methods will be mentioned there

im assuming its a hybrid of stats with a bigger understanding of probability and calculating insurance premium and risk/rewards...
