What are the big webmaster resource sites and how well do they do? Ideas?

Not even 1% I would guess for me.

The honest truth is, most programs don't pay on webmaster referrals, even though they claim to.

I can honestly say 0%.

But thats the life of a sig whore.

i've referred a few webmasters that have made a good amount of sales..

but i've also referred about 30 webmasters to a certain program and i've never seen a sale from any of them.

referral money is just an added bonus :)

I have referred my share and it does not amount to shit. I referred like 6 people to this AVS and I noticed there is not a place to show that I made money in the stats table. DOH!

I sent 6 webmasters to flynt digital with my new sig and not one sale yet.

I have 6 at Nastydollars and not one has qualified so that I get paid.

Lil2rich4u makes money off referring me to ARS every week, and I make crap on other people.
