NationalNet to acquire web hosting firm Mach10 Hosting!!
 

ATLANTA, December 29, 2003 - NationalNet, Inc., a leading provider of Web Hosting services to the Adult Internet, today announced the acquisition of Mach10 Hosting of Austin, Texas. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"Mach10 Hosting is a well known company among the Adult webmasters and has always been a customer-focused, high-end web host?one that we felt would compliment the NationalNet culture", said Bill VanVorst, Executive Vice President for NationalNet. ?Sean Hicks has spent the past five years providing clients top-notch hosting and NationalNet just wants to continue what he has started?.

"NationalNet is the logical choice for my customers because they can provide the superior level of customer service that people have come to expect from my staff", said Sean Hicks, President of Mach10 Hosting, Inc. "While enhancing customer support, this merger also provides to my customers redundant network connectivity, and a portfolio of diverse support services unparalleled in the web hosting industry.?

This acquisition is the final of several in 2003 as NationalNet continues to expand its presence in the market. The company is actively seeking all sizes and types of web hosting companies to partner with in the coming year. "In my opinion, the 2004 year will see more consolidation in our industry than in any year past", said Tony Morgan, President of NationalNet, "and we want to be poised to aggressively take advantage of these opportunities as they arise."
