Going for Mexican food tonite.

There is a real nice mexican resturant in nanaimo that has the worst service but best food I've had in a long time.

Taking suggestions on what to order.

I love going to Mexican restaurants with my wife because she doesn't remember the names of anything.

"What's that crunchy thing I like called?"

"Chimichanga."

"What's that thing with the red sauce?"

"Enchilada."

We usually go to a very authentic place right around the corner from our house, but there are a ton of good restaurants in Indianapolis now since we have had such an influx in our Hispanic population in the last few years. I love it.

Got a great Mexican restaurant right oposite my office - Spend a load of time in there -

Don't know the correct English for it - Something like Chimychangas? (With a chillie con carne stuffing)

Followed by several bottles of Mexican beer -

Quite a nice evening!

Some of you people don't know what the hell your talking about when it comes to mexican food.. A nice Place don't mean shit..

I have mine cooked up special at the resturant I goto, its not even on the menu what I get, It's so big that I have enough to eat the next day.. We are not talking about Olive Garden style mexican..

I've been to nice places where the food tastes like shit, and the owners are white and don't know what the hell they are doing..

This place I goto is top notch.. I know the owners, they ALWAYS hook me up fat.. I think I have had to pay for my food only two or three times that I've been there.. I usually hand my waiter a $20 tip and leave.. Then say goodbye to the owner, and thank him for his houspitality..

If you've ever actually been to Mexican and seen how the average Mexican eats...they'll cook refried beans with a whole tub of lard into a big bean cake and take it to the factory or wherever they work and the 10,000 calories or whatever will give them energy all day.

A fancy dinner is a whole chicken, all the parts, boiled till the meat falls off the bones, then you dip the chicken in homemade salsa and wrap in a tortilla.

The Mexican food we have here in the states is how the rich people eat.

It's all about El Zarape on Park Blvd here in San Diego. The Potatoe Taco's Rock!

And if your ever in Mexico try the Grilled Corn on the Cob at the stand and the fish tacos with extra cilantro and lime and a nice cerveza...
