Paysite owners pushing volume:
What is your decline rate?
I am doing 14.97% for the past few months...that is with ccbill.
Would like to hear how others using other processors and guys using ccbill as well are doing.

we didn't had much just a couple. we're using Ibill

I think a lot of it has to do with chargeback ratios - If they are high, then the scrubbing gets tougher -
Also - You get bad luck - Sometimes my declines run at 40-50% and then 2-3% for a few days -
As an average - I expect 6% declines (Taken over a year)

For December.
17.9% new transactions denied.
12.9% rebill transactions denied.

CCbill also.

you have to remember many times when declines the surfer goes back and enters correct info like address etc and it goes thru

You are about right... I just checked from Nov. 1st till today.

14.62% Decline percentage.

However, we have only had 6 chargebacks since Nov 1st. They scrub, but damn... basically no chargebacks because of it. Our Visa chargeback percentage is .026% for the year.

I used to be with ccbill and used to get around 20% declines. Now with Verotel I don't get the decline emails so I don't know for sure, but I do know I now make 100% more sales then when with Scrubbill..:glugglug

Yes this is very important to factor in.
