Fraudulent charge on my CC by adult sponsors!
 

I joined for a trial on one of each of the following sponsors to check out their content before I decide to promote them : flashcash, pornprofit, gammacash, gigacash, topbucks, siccash and maxcash.
I then cancelled all the memberships to avoid the rebills but I got charged again for $9.95 and $29.95 but couldn't find out which sponsor had made the charges. I has also made sure to avoid the extra joins by unclicking the sites they offer using cross-sale. The charge was made by "Ruby S" as shown on my cc statement. Anybody know which sponsor it might be?

doesn't matter who made the charge you can get a refund by calling your credit card company!

A popular program site we joined on trial (which was a three day trial before rebilling) rebilled us 24 hours after we joined. Not three days.

Can't imagine how many charge backs are due to this.

I can't ask for a refund because I don't know which one of the sites ran the charge. I have no other choice but to chargeback.
Many chargebacks could be avoided if there was an 800 number to call or something!

Your credit card company should have a contact number for the company that made the charge. Call them (credit card company) first and see what information they have.

Why would I want to bother with that when I could simply chargeback? I mean its even worse for a surfer who wouldn't even think of doing something as nice as taking the time to find out who it is to avoid them the chargeback.

Exactly, i had a charge on my cc which i could not for the life of me figure out...was gonna charge back because i thought someone was fucking me over when i asked the cc comp to get me an invoice with info on who made the charges.

I am ready to bet that some guys (adult webmasters) run a seperate merchant account to try and charge cards of people who do not wish to be rebilled. What do they have to loose? They can always justify that the peorson signed up to their site but just like a chargeback, can't proove if it was or not authorized.
Open 1 company and 1 merchant account isn't an issue when you think of what they might get in return if the charges go un-noticed.
