Cop said my break lights wernt working when i stopped @ the stop sign. Damit narrowly escaped, Said i had one beer, but it was really about 6 in 4 hours. But I escaped & thats what is important!

It's not illegal here as long as you are under the limit. Takes around 4 drinks in an hour to get close to that limit. Of course everyones body is a little different but 6 in 4 hours isn't going to do shit for me but keep my lips wet.

Why is everyone so hostile?

1. Six beers in four hours wont do shit.
2. If you get drunk off of six beers in four you deserve to go to jail and be cellmates with Tiny.
3. The legal drinking limit (in most areas) is 0.8 six beers in four hours is no where near that.

You're right, he didn't post his BAC but going from the accepted averages he would be way below the level for his state assuming he's over 21. Just like you assumed that he was blind drunk, commiting a felony and a scumbag, I assumed he's over 21.

Let's continue this train of thought. Assuming he is indeed under 21 and of average weight (180 pounds), 6 beers in 4 hours might put him over the 0.02% BAC limit for those under 21 in MT. Then again, it might not. In either case, you jumped to unsupported conclusions and attacked him without full knowledge of the facts.

#2 have a friend drive you or walk to the bar.
#3 in most cases your limit is 3 beers per hr for a 180 lb person.
#4 they can arrest you for .02 if they want! the Police.
#5 it costs to much for dwi - I had one 10 years back.
#6 when you crash you die even if your still alive!

I am no preacher, I hate Cops BUT if you wana get drunk walk and scream and yell all you want, worst you can get for that is 12 hr lockdown.. and nothing else!

Everyone I've ever seen on COPS lies to the police when they're pulled over. Most common reason given? "I was scared." Maybe he was scared about them finding the body in the trunk? Who knows but with the information given (and that's all any of us have to work with) it's highly unlikely that he was indeed DWI. Not impossible, just not too highly fucking likely.

If you are drunk and hit another vehicle and the occupants of that vehicle are seriously injured, leave your information on the other car (have cards preprinted for time constraints) knock on a door and tell them to call 911, then run from the scene and find a pay phone. Call someone to come and get you. Then make a report about the accident within 24 hours of its occurance.

Walla... it is not hit and run if you provide the other party with your information and make an attempt to call emergency services (you are an average Joe, you don't know how to extract someone from a vehicle without injuring them further), and as long as you make the report within 24 hours of the occurence. You can even CALL the report in! How fucking sweet is that?
