I think phong or designsbymark had some .

But before wanting to learn a vectorial program, you have to know wich one is the best for you .

Illustrator is very good for gradian mesh

But corel draw is way better for printing . It get the optimal resolution of every bitmap image even if you resize them or whatever and its way faster to work with when you want to print a lot of things on the same page .

For drawing Id say illustrator is a little better . We work with both in our studios but we do 80 % of everything with corel draw .
