I give Probilling 2 months tops until the go under. No one is answering emails. The hold time for calls is up to 20 minutes, Prochat operaters just adise you to call back the next day.
They have been on vacation since the 23rd, and don't expect to hear from them untill Jan 5th, if at all. It has been told on this board over and over. |

Well I don't think DeadFidel's 2 months is correct, but they
are on the fast track to going under. Some where along the line they forgot that their webmasters ARE customers too! The ones actually paying the fees. I've got 3 sites left to migrate then it's goodbye to what has to be my worst ever experiance of customer lack of service of any IPSP. At 16.5% if I don't get a lube before being bent over I'll take the sites to someone that cares. Of coarse now that I've voiced in a public forum, I'll have to move the sites ASAP since they've already shown they'll terminate customers that post anything that isn't glowing and rosey. |
