I thought that to grow a site to that size you would need a lot of loyal bookmarkers - which means low skimming and lots of fresh content. Do 400k+ CJs exist? Putting a dialer on a 400k+ TGP is probably a good way to lose a lot of those bookmarkers. :2 cents:

Isn't it supposed to be the other way? You prepay the first month and after a 400k TGP owner trusts you, he might accept to get paid after the period instead of getting prepaid - good luck finding someone without prepaying though :thumbsup
