My parents got me a handmade quilt in a nautical theme to go with what's in my master bedroom and a Steuben glass kitty (I collect glass cats).

My boys didn't get me a dang thing... they never bother..don't know why. Maybe I should do that to them next year.

I got one of those double sided fireplaces with glass on each side. I couldn't figure out how to get it open so he's still in there. That's why he didn't make it :)

Even though I think I've been REALLY naughty this year :winkwink: , Santa brought me the dining room table I wanted.......

Who else here still gets $$$ or cash from their families sometimes for gifts?
Sometimes my relatives give me just cash, but I feel like I'm waaaaay to old to be receiving money... Ummm, I'm going to turn 26 soon. I feel really weird receiving cash.... like it's inappropiate to accept, because I'm too old for it. I thought cash
is something more to give to kids since they don't have any money. Anyone else feel the same way? My aunt says it's normal to give cash, she claims her mother in law always gives her and her husband 1k per X-mas/ B-days :helpme

I got a Gameboy Advanced SP and a game for it, $100 gift card and a seriously ugly stocking full of girlie shit like nailpolish and a shower fluffy.

I got a cool circular saw that projects a laser aligned with the blade so you make straight cuts.... and a drill press with a laser that shows exactly where the drill bit will touch whatever you are working on... the wife definately got me shit I like this year

and I'm now able to walk short distances without crutches or a cane :)

I got the love of a good woman and the smile on my daughters face when she saw the slide we bought her.

Xmas is about giving, seems a lot have forgot.

And yes I did get some pretty cool presents.

I bought myself a playstation and a few games. Didn't get anything other than some greeting cards and clothing from parents.
