CAN-SPAM LAW - Will it work?
Everyone is saying it won't work, some people even say it will make spamming easier. I think the law will protect the people who have money to spam "legally", the regular person (small biz) won't be able to keep up with the expenses.

i dont think it will work cause where ever there is internet there is always going to be spam
|
i heard they will charge 50 $ per spam :1orglaugh

doesn't it forbid the use of proxies? who in their right mind is gonna do that?
|
If you want to transfer your company overseas let me know :1orglaugh

its not fucking up anything.... its holding people respondsible for thier actions and the emails that they send out.
i dunno what the great expense is, you have to NOT use proxies? you have to list REAL whois info? this shit is not expensive in the least. considering the fuck that started this thread probably isnt within any stipulations of this upcoming law. charging 2k+ a month for servers overseas, trying by any means necessary to avoid responsiblity for your actions. grow a spine. all you have to do is remove people that want off your email list. why is that so expensive and difficult to get done? |

Hmm, that is gonna get interesting. I think inbox filters are about to get stronger. The new stuff AOL, Yahoo and M$ have planned is pretty kickass. But I think I will still put my money on Lightspeed and Sergey in that battle. :winkwink:

I wont
