I have been using them on my content store for several months and don't have too much to complain about to date.

I haven't been able to access probilling.com for atleast two weeks, I'm guessing my ISP is having some DNS problems.

they were down a couple of minutes this morning

Their up for us, in fact since we started using them on our pay sites fraud on checks went from 60% to less than 10% so i would recommend them over all of the big processors like Ibill etc for checks at least.
