The first week or two is the hardest. It takes a lot of self-control to make it as far as you have. Keep it up! Congrats!

congrats as much as they getting to cost it is a real money saver think of what ya can spend that saved money on i myself been quit for little over 4 1/2 yrs and was smoking 2-3 packs a day so i save a nice sum of cash get past the full first month and ya should be home free i hear that sun flower seeds are good to help ya stay stopped ;)

Fuck cigs, all they do is feed your addiction and the government exploits smokers with an outrageous tax on cigs because they know it's not easy to quit and you're addicted. I quit a little over a month ago, and not surprisingly (to me at least), Marijuana took away every withdrawal symptom I ever had when I tried to quit before, so it was nice to quit withdrawal-free. Every time I would toke heavy I would just leave my cigs in the freezer so they wouldn't go stale because I had no urge for them. When I decided to quit, I knew exactly how I was going to do it and it worked. :) I've heard before that some European countries give hard drug addicts Marijuana to smoke to ease the withdrawal symptoms in rehab. I can't confirm this, but I'm pretty sure I saw it on Discovery Health one night.
I'm still smoking the herb, but that's for life. :stoned |
Try one week with no sig.
