i could have sworn ps3 wasnt due out till end of 2004 or start of 2005 anyways they will all probably be pushed back xbox2 will prob release round christmas next yr to try and hype sales im sure the starting prices for all systems are set at high prices and then drop pretty quick im satisfied with my xbox and cube :D might get a ps3

Well, in fact the full production should go around january 2005, whcih would make it a July 2005 for the PS3. The things is that the cell chip have been made now. They need to test it to see if the products held, and find ways to mass product it into factory, which usually takes one year. So in principle, end of 2004 should be the date the begin making console for a summer release in North America, and sooner in Japan.

From what i have read, to date, their is only one game set for PS3. But the good news is, that the develpoment kit is already out...
