Anyone from Dollar Machine ever read this board? I've sent them numerous emails but never gotten any reply.

Seems like my foreign traffic is getting redirected and I'm not getting any credit for it. This sucks obviously.

If anyone has had any experience with this or knows how I can get in conact with someone from DM it would be appreciated.

I just got your e-mail yesterday, forwarded from the support at dollar machine dot com address you sent the e-mail too. She doesn't get through her e-mails everyday.

1. An e-mail was sent out to all webmaster regarding the change from free trials to $1 per month trials.

We didn't change all of the hosted banners as fast as i would have like, but I beielve they have all been changed now too.

2. We do re-direct Our AUS traffic as it has a very high chagreback percentage. Paying out $35-$35 on a PPS means that we need to manage our costs very closely. It was decide that countries that have a higher than average percentage of chargebacks AND low overall sales would be re-directed.

Elvis - not sure who Daniel is but it aint me :) Youve mixed me up with someone else so point 1. (above) doesnt concern me but what does concern me is 2.

I understand what you said about having to redirect traffic from countries that have a high chargeback ratio - although I dont know why this would apply to us aussies - I'll try not to take it personally hehe.

One problem I run into is how do I check your tours to decide which sites I want to promote? If I cant see the tours its kinda difficult dont you think.

Also, why arent you redirecting the traffic to your dialer program with MY webmaster code in it.

as for checking the links from AUS you can add /index2.phtml to any DM site to view....but please don't send traffic there....it won't be credited to your account.

As to the burning question of why the dialer links do not have your link code.

It hasn't been that long since we have been re-directing the traffic and we aren't currently able to credit your account with the minutes as we are with the exit and join page dialer minutes.

It hasn't been decided yet if we will as of yet. As everyone knows the nature of our business has dramatically changed in the last year..and the costs associated with running an Affiliate Program have risen. We are looking at different ways to increase our bottom line without affecting the payouts to our webmasters.

While we are not paying out on the re-directed dialer minutes right now doesn't mean that we won't, or that we won't do something else to put money in your pocket.

an email to your affilates informing them that you would be redirecting their traffic would have been the go Id say

The cost of running an affilate program has gone up? well im not breaking out the tissues here just yet lol. It's also harder for webmasters to make money.

What other countries are getting redirected???

See the problem I have with this is without counting every hit you send out to a sponsor how do I do I know how much traffic I AM GIVING AWAY??

For now, no dollarmachine for me...

The more I think about it the more pissed off i get - I think I wont be building any new stuff with them - shame because I am doing ok with them - but its the principle of the thing - I werk hard for my traffic I dont see what gives anyone the right to redirect it to their own shit

If you were smart, you'd redirect it yourself before it gets to the sponsor where they won't buy a membership :2 cents:

Most non usa traffic seems to be getting refused by CC companys anyway.. just filter it yourself prior to sending..its not that hard..youll be suprised how little the amount is in terms of $$.

Dollar Machine is a great program and outconverts most!
