Who's in? RollerCoaster at NY, NY!
This will only be my third time to Vegas and I want to ride the rollercoaster! Has anyone been on this? Is it worth it? Who's going to ride with me?
What about the Gondola ride at the Venetian? Any takers? |

The Manhattan Express isnt worth the wait, it is a very short ride compared to a 45 min. wait on busy nights. The new ride at the Stratosphere, where they hang you over the edge, I would definately recommend that one! :thumbsup

I waited 45 min. the first time I rode it, when it first opened. The second time I waited about 20 min, that was about 3 years ago.

I have not been on the new ride there yet. I will have to check that out. |

Should I have a few of these before hand.....:drinkup |

The Manhattan Xpress Rocks. The first drop is wicked. Won't be too much of a wait on a monday or tuesday afternoon. Definatley worth the 6 - 10 bucks. Drink lots of Jager before you go.

If you go during the week there will not be any lines. Not many people are all that anxious to ride these rides when it is 40 degrees outside and you are going fast on a roller coaster. But having a frozen face is all part of the fun! Right? |

Why don't we have a GFY day at Magic Mountain... they have some pretty good coasters there.

Hey Eric...Do you also puke on the kiddie rides at Disney Land? I heard you lost your lunch more than once in Toon Town. |

I was at Six Flags the day the Batman ride opened. I was able to ride that one and the Viper in the 6 hours that I was there. Nothing else. Those lines sucked ass. :321GFY |
Do they have a "no sex. no teabgging rule" on the gondola rides?
|
The roller coaster at the Stratosphere is not worth the wait either.
http://www.vegasgallery.com/display/....asp?image=369 That roller coaster gets :thumbsup :thumbsup It shoots you from 0 to 35 mph in about 2 seconds out to the strip. Then shoots you from 35 to 70 mph, again in about 2 seconds, straight up into the air, then you do it backwards!!! |

Do they still have collasas? or what ever that huge wodden coaster was called? you know... the racer... that was a fun one too. Besides... GFY has enough cash to rent the park for a day so it would be for GFY'ers only. :winkwink: |
