Spyware free kAzaa question.
 

I use soulseek to check out mp3s most of the time.... but does anyone know of a truly spyware free version of kAzaa?

Every version i've tried sets off almost every one of my protection programs. Damn. I just want to share some of my bands music over kAzaa but don't want to get assraped by spyware.

The kazaa lite site is down and I cant find any old version on my HD


anyone have any suggestions?

Whats your email? I'll send you kazaa lite 1.7.1 which was the last version I saved...

As far as I know its totally spyware free. No banners and no popups. It does ask if you want to upgrade to the latest version whenever you run it though, but you just say no.

No i use new e-mail addys all the time. Then if they get spammled I just turn it into a loopback address that sends 10 copys of the message to the sender. :2 cents:

Last version I saved was Kazaa Lite 2.41 ... works great.. no ads ... dont get the ghey songs that sound like a cat squeeled over the top of them.
