Its a ploy to get draft pics.. you'll see.. The Raiders need new faces and fresh talent to mix into the pot.. Once we get some new players to mold they'll do better.. Everyone else is so damn old..

Don't know if I'd agree with "ploy"....but they are going to blow the team up this offseason. The more high draft picks the better ;)

A team or its players will never play bad just to get draft picks. The players have to perform well for there own future. They have no idea where they can end up the following year. Tonite the banged up over aged Raiders are simply getting beat by a Play Off caliber team head by a QB playing with a ton of emotion.

I agree the Raiders will be overhauled in the offseason.
