any respectable ppc searcg engine...doesnt really matter
as long as I dont have to signup to see the bids/prices...
I saw a site like this a couple of months back but I didn't bookmark :(

on Sex.Com if you create an account and are logged in to it, we show the prices to you under each link. You dont need to have money in the account, you simply need to be logged in

On Overture, you can click on the link that says (sponsored listing) next to each link and see the prices that way

Overture -> Do a search and click on sponsored listing, it will show you in there the max bids that advertiser is willing to pay. Not necessarily what they are paying, but what they're willing to pay.

Findwhat -> Do a search, shown in plain text.

Search123 -> They have a url to show the bids but I'm not at my office, I'll post it if you really need it.

Adwords -> Create an account, dump your keywords you want to bid on and it will tell you a forecast of how many clicks per day, cost per click, etc... in its estimation tool.
