Just had a rectal exam
 

Every year I get a complete physical and the Dr said, I'm doing a rectal exam... I'm like hmm. So he did it and I'm fine. Weird experience... getting older sucks!

I had a friend that did one of those procedures where they completely clean out your colon and intestines. You can see all the stuff being dislodged and coming out during the process.

He said he couldn't believe so much was sitting in there for years.

lol, haven't went that far yet. i'm 31 and i'm in good health. one of my good friends is 32 and he's got diabities. my other friend was misdiagnosed with cancer a few mths ago... it's scary, just want to be healthy. watching the news about all these ailments freak me out

I had acute appendicitis, but of course my doctor wouldn't believe me, and insisted on doing a rectal exam. I actually found it quite pleasant, until she found my appendix :)
