Getting dark at 8:45PM

The warm nights, Beautiful sun sets, Crisp refreshing budweisers to end the evening, Parties around a camp fire, Cruising with the windows down cranking good ol tunes, Smoking fat joints and sitting in the hot sun with a nice crisp refreshing budweiser.

I fucking hate the winter so much

and I don't want to hear any I'm living in Hawaii bullshit because Mainers like myself don't need that sort of harassment, this thread is for my snow soldiers

What do you love/miss about the summer?

Getting dark at 8:45 pm??? Damn over its dark at 17:00 already :( I fucking hate it, it's cold and I hate the fucking storms and rain all day. Winters in Holland suck big time

I go outside in sneakers because I don't prepare for winter early enough, I walk to my car in 2 feet of snow after a huge storm freezing with uncomfy wet and coldness in my shoes until they turn numb.. My windshield wipers don't turn on because they are iced to my windshield and I pick at it with my bare hands and start punching the glass as hard as I can for 5 minutes until my hand starts bleeding. I proceeded to furiously kick my car and scream obsenities at the top of my lungs at 3am... this happend about a week ago, I went ballistic in my drive way..

Snow drives me absolutely mad

You know what I don't like? Freezing my balls off. Winter is nice if you're sitting in the warmth of your home posting messages on GFY and looking out the window at the pretty pretty snow.. but it's an icey abyss of hell on the outside

I like the winters too when there is a big pile of snow and stuff, but these dutch winters simply suck. Can't remember the last time we had a white xmas, always rainy.
