Does the chargeback ratio apply rebills as well, or just initial transactions?
 

I recently saw my first ever chargeback from ccbill affiliate sales. I've been rifling through their affiliate stats to work out my ratio (just out of curiosity), and I started to wonder whether the chargeback ratio is calculated on ALL transactions, or just the initial ones.

If it's the former... then wouldn't working on increasing member retention also be of benefit, rather than just pushing through more initial transactions to lower the ratio?

(note, I do realise that the chargeback ratio is not really a direct concern for affiliates, but I also run my own paysites so it's relevant to me)

Well, if someone has been a member for 4 months and had 4 charges to his credit card, and he charges back, i assumed it would count as 4 chargebacks; one for each charge.

Sure KK would have a better idea.
