Do you look at the clock when it's 11:11 often?
 

For some reason, I look at the clock when it's 11:11AM or 11:11PM quite often. Some numberologists say, it means your life is on the right path... if you believe in that kind of stuff :1orglaugh I just think it's weird... I do it almost everyday by chance.

That happens to me a lot too...and sometimes at 12:34 too hehe...there are a few numbers that have significance to me that appear to me several times a day...very odd.

that happens to me a lot.. 4:44, 3:33, 2:22 etc.. but if it's supposed to mean that my life is on the right path then I wouldn't wanna see what it would be like if I was on the wrong path considering that right now I'm broke and my life sucks lol.. and this is the right path lmao

Either my subconscious is counting every second until it's 11:11 everyday or "someone" is trying to tell me something :1orglaugh

I used to do that a lot and I figured out that it must just be that we actually check our clocks/watches more often than we realize and just key times we notice.

If you think about it -- 11:11 comes twice a day, 365 days a year.. Anyways.

I don't know if you were a fan of the "X-Files", but viewers noticed when the series was still on that most of the time that you saw a time on a clock in that series, it was 11:11

But there was a reason for that! One of those "insider" things.:)

If I had ever read anything like that before I noticed it I would have thought those people were crazy and that I just saw it because of the psych thing. That number has been following me around since I was 13. I see it EVERYWHERE, I check the clock at 3:23, I see it in movies, TV shows, hear it on the radio, etc to the point of freakiness. Notice my name on here even ;). It's spooky and there are entire books written on 23 and other numbers like it. Ugh

They also use 23 a lot but they do it because they were already numbers of discussion before the show started. X-Files didn't create the drama.

There are a ton of sites with people that notice the 11:11 and 23 thing. Not saying it will give you an answer but if you want to read some other opinions on it search google for 11 11 synchronicity etc. I've already read up on it from when I was trying to figure out about the number 23 following me around. There are a couple of other numbers that are mentioned many times but 23 and 11:11 are the main ones. Just a warning, you could read different occurences and opinions for days and all it will do is leave you more weirded out than before.

what is there to explain? some idiots taking note of a number and then twisting every possible reference to it into some amorphous thing thats cool to think about? Humans are built to notice patterns - it's what we do. I'm going to notice 11:11 more often over the next week because of this thread.
But there is a reason that 17758909 will never be one of these numbers, as obviously to fit patterns of mathematic probability it doesn't rate.

First of all, 23 started following me around 11 years ago. I noticed it an unnatural amount of times a day. A couple of years ago or less somebody told me there was a whole book about that number. Searching google on it pulled up a ton of sites with people experiencing the same damn thing. I didn't say 3:21 or whatever and some of those nuts do grasp. I'm talking about 23. You wouldn't understand unless it happened to you.
