Can someone please tell me what the porn laws are on bondage in the US. I am asking for a friend.. It is illegal to have a girl having sex in bondage or is it not. Is it it legal if she looks like she is enjoying it or what. If you have a release form and 2257 info is it still considered a R movie and illegal just because of the ropes etc. Please tell me. I posed in bondage b4 and the magazine said they would have to pay a fine but they would print it anyway cuz they like to stir things up. Someone let me know.

It is a state by state and even a community by community issue. I wouldn?t touch it with a 10 foot pole because of your increased risk of prosecution. If your set on doing it find an attorney that does content review and have them go over every image and video on your site.
