I used their contact form to asked if they'd host my site "dumb******bitches.com" and they responded right back with this:

We are in the process of trying to track them down. Must likely it is a spammer we have kicked off our network.We have been in touch with the provider of the network that the spam is coming from. They are in the process of tracking and shutting down the
server it is coming from. But we in no one have sent out any of the emails.

We have kicked a couple of spammers off this month. We are close to knowing who it is. We do know but want to make sure before we say any names.
