lol. last time he had a problem, he brang his pc to my house because 'the screens all screwed up"... he had dragged the taskbar to the right side of the screen and didnt know what to do.:1orglaugh

Just get him to download VNC and set it up, it aint that hard, walk him through it on the phone or something. Or, use remote assitance if he's using XP (comes built in)
