i have brand new m3ds and ortofon dc carts

carts needles should be good grounds are sound all that shit but one of my tables is missing all of the high

dont think its the mixer because when i plug the table into a different channel it sounds whack still

ive changed the needles out with new ones swapper carts on the tables i dunno

anyone ran into similar problems or know what it is

try switching the "phono/line" switch on the back of the deck.

i have a djm600 and there are separate ins for ph/ine anyway

little bit of everything - primarily breaks and dnb now.

Licking the ends is bad. Corrosion. Went through the whole shit with a Technics tech in ATL last year after I went to Ortofon. Thought it was my Pro-55. The shaft in the Ortofon is much shorter than the factory Technics.

ortofon is better than stanton trackmasters.... that shouldnt be the problem.

Maybe you just got a bad needle, exchange it.
