I doubt it. And I would know. I was at his party last night to watch the Boca boat parade.

How was it? I just watched boat parade the other day and I must say it was lame....nothing that impressed me

Well Boca's parade is squat compared to the big one they do down in Ft. Lauderdale. Most of the mega yachts are all parked down there.

Its fun though and Rick's beautiful home is right on the waterfront with perfect views. And he always has great food.

He owns a bunch of one word high profile domains with great type ins, he used to post a lot back a couple years ago on some other boards.

webfather is one of the sharpest of the sharpest.

used to be very active on the YNOT board.

at the time he was an advocate of buying quality "com" domain names.

he used to own thousands of domain names, maybe still does.

unfortunately, the value of "com" names is diminished by allowing all the other extensions.

but, premium quality generic domain names will always have great value as the web expands.

i listened to his words carefully 5 years ago, and bought lots of quality domains.

and i will listen again as he opines.

Back in the day Webfather used to drive us minions into the mines hoping to find nuggets that were at least a fraction of the value of what he found.
Was amazing how some of us would find ourselves bumping into each other in the mines, digging for the same gold.
