Alcoholics call New Years Eve "Amateur Night" and since I'm sober 15 years, I stay home or get home early. I don't feel like getting hit by a drunk driver on the only night of the year that they are drunk. Or, for that matter do I feel like being at a party where every single person who drinks gets so INSAINLY TRASHED because they are "quiting drinking forever" the next morning - they swear.

I'll either be skiing or on GFY on New Years Eve!!!
