Ok guys here goes.

I have run into a problem with comus thumbs. Maybe you guys have been through the same. I just plopped down $250 for comus tgp and comus thumb. Everything whent through, however i never received any email from them other then a paypal receipt. And i never registered an email or login id, and now it wont let me login to the members area with any of my email addresses with the corresponding password they gave me, or any of my own. Their support number is answered by some 14 year old kid in vegas, and no one's on icq or answering my emails. Any ideas? Or should i load up the shotgun for my roadtrip in a couple weeks. I know these guys are reputable and are supposed to be the shit. Am I just having horrid luck today or what? Here's a copy of my receipt.

yeah i know im just an impatient fuck. i make a point of responding to any support requests in under 10 minutes if possible 24/7/365... maybe working with phatservers has raised my par to an unexcpectable level all across.... :)

don't trip man, same shit happened to me,
just contact Tony, he said his redirection was fucked, it was supposed to redirect u to a download site with username/pass..

Did you try entering:

NOTHING for a username and

The PASSWORD they sent you?

It is quite possible that you ended up in the passfile like so:

me:mypass
her:herpass
:yourpass
them:theirpass

So you basically don't have a user name, but should still be able to login, just don't put a username.

If you read the suport page you will beable to see the default pass they all come with after you load it it gives you options to change it.

I just bought the server license of comus thumbs I had the same problem when buying the script as I never got an e-mail.. just send them a message support e-mail or hit them on ICQ .. they were having some sort of problems with the webpage.. but they got me taken care of within the day..

However don't forget this is the weekend and they may have a life outside the web.. anyway you will like it once you get everything going it's a nice script
