Adult Platinum not paying me
 

I honestly hate taking this matter to the boards but maybe this way something can be finally done about it...

I've been trying to get paid by AP for nearly a month now and I've sent emails to everyone there and have called the office numerous times lately only to get that same voicemail.

I've had similar email replies from Lensman, Marissa and Tofu saying it will be taken care of yada yada but still nothing.

I may not have that many signups in my account but they are important to me and I was expecting to get paid out on the 15th by them via paypal.

What am I supposed to do? It's hitting the weekend now and chances their billing department will be closed on the weekend to send out the payment (more excuses).

I've really just lost patience and don't know what else to do but post about this.

nothing much you can do but keep bugging them i guess try hoax on icq or something.

i guess having a large affiliate base can lead to having problems

still a pain in the ass though

Agreed.. there is Email and ICQ... if one does not work.. the other will. Never had a problem with AP.. They have ALWAYS helped me when I ahd a question. You just need to know how to ask....

The corect way to do it is to post here to ask someone to contact you if the email is not working... I did that and they were ICQing me with in the hour. The person I chatted with went way beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the issue I was having. I was 110% satisfied. :2 cents:

NB I wish I had the experience as you but I seriously wen't all out before posting it here. Emails, phonecalls and even chatting with them on icq. It's just gone way beyond patience (which is a lot).

My day here does not end at 5:00. When I told Tofu to tell you that I'd take care of it today, I meant it.

Sorry to hear that..... Give it a bit of time.. it is the holidays and all... I am sure it will get resolved, AP is not a fly-by-night operation like some of us here... they are the top dog... and you do not become top-dog by avoiding your affiliates... be patient. :winkwink:

And NB I know they are a very reputable company which is why this was kind of surprising to me.

if not you can always join our affiliate program we pay out weekly... every friday and we have never had a problem ;)

A sponsors first priority should be paying their webmasters.
A late payment sucks.

they paid me..... maybe you were spamming or breaking their rules.
