How to make Christmas dinner...
Tomorrow the friends are all coming over to the house for our own little Christmas party/dinner thing. We decided to have a pot luck. Me, being from the mid-west, REALLY miss roast beef. So last week I picked up a crock pot at Best Buy with the intentions of having roast beef with carrots and potatoes for Christmas dinner, one of my favorites...
I called up my dad and he told me what to do and buy. Last night I picked up a couple roasts, a bag of carrots, potatoes, and an onion as per his instructions. Now I can't remember how to make the damn thing and I can't get a hold of him! I need to get this going tomorrow morning so it's nice and juicy for tomorrow night, so I need the help from all of the GFY chefs. How do I get this baby rolling? My mouth is already watering, I can't wait! |

Just go to McDonalds the day before and put it all in the fridge. When everyones comes over just warm it up in the micorwave. Everyone will love it.

Have Christmas dinner delivered? Fuck that.
Awesome site Matt! Found it. :) http://www.recipesource.com/main-dis...ast-beef1.html Mmm... :thumbsup I grew up on this shit! Now I need to find what other cool stuff we can make with the crock pot... |
My crockpot is my friend...I can make a whole meal and only use one "pot". You can put almost any kind of meat and cook it all day without having to check on it. I would be lost without mine..
Enjoy the Roast Beef on x-mas!! |
Just smoke everyone out and eat candybars and koolaid :thumbsup

Chop the carrots, potatos and onions. Put them in the crock pot with the roast. Salt and pepper the roast beforehand. Add just enough water to cover about half the crockpot's content. You'll be good to go.
