If you have a company in a given country that markets various adult sponsor programs and porno is illegal in that country, but it all occurs over the Internet and the servers themselves are not in that country (just the legal formalities), would that be a problem? The only adult content that the company has is marketing material on it's servers which are located on servers in a country where porn is OK?

It has nothing to do where the servers are located and everything to do with where the company does business.. i.e. shoots models, legal business address, where checks are sent.. and so on.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. -
Right, so if porn production is 100% illegal in that country but all you have is a legal business address and cash checks in that country, is that considered ok (if you do the porn side of things in ANOTHER country?)Comment
