paris hilton scam... how does he get away with it?

Does he get the merchant account in his real name and corporation name and not give a fuck? Does he get an anonymous one somehow? What happens when the chargebacks come in? Wont the banks go after him?

Anyone with some information on this subject please fill me in.

Plus you have to have access to the bank account the money is deposited in to get it out immediately.

I posted in another thread....

I would guess he doesnt even have a merchant account, that he is processing under his own MID and may even have his own BIN which would require at least 10-20mil in liquid asssets. I could be way off.... but as far as I know that's how you get it done without getting shut down. Getting a high volume offshore merchant account these days for high-risk is much like an anal examination........

you can get a MID for 75k

it would help if you KNOW that though........the sap who signed probally doesnt' know or have a clue.

Why not just get 20 merchant accounts and spread out the charges evenly between them? Wouldnt need high volume accounts that way.
