Verotel screw up fo you to?

I have smart recurring switched on in my Verotel account which means that 5 days before a 3 month membership expires they email the member with an offer for him to extend for another 3 months.

Yesterday I received an email from Verotel showing that they refunded a member. I check the logs and see this guy has logged into the site everyday for 3 months so I shoot him an email with a few gentle threats.

Today I receive emails from him that shows he received the offer from Verotel and successfully signed up for another 3 months yet Verotel sends me an email that he has been refunded.

I emailed Verotel yesterday asking why they refunded the guy and have still not heard anything form them so I will call them today.

Has anyone else had this happen to them with Verotel?

any more news on this?
did you call verotel and ask what was up?

Better to ask in their live chat. It's linked as "live help" off your Verotel admin/stats. I've never had a prompt response to any email I have sent them, and often I have to send it more than once... live chat is so much easier. :)

Thanks for the tip, rowan. I've never tried live chat but know what you mean about the emails. :winkwink:
