My question is this. Can anyone recomend a good Adult website builder?
A program that automates everything so you can create adult websites?
and just ad your porn images?

Geocities/Yahoo has a great site builder tool that I use on a daily basis.

While Dreamweaver is what I use every day, maybe the suggestion for CoffeeCup software would be better for someone just starting out.

Move on to Dreamweaver MX/2004 once you feel more comfortables, heck, you can use templates with it if you wanted to. But, it may be less intuitive than CoffeeCup

No. I use other peoples.

with AdultWebware all you need is content. Creation of site is a matter of clicking a button.

You may want to use some of the ready-made designs.

If you like working with code, but automating routine shit, I use Homesite (comes free with DreamWeaver now, or can buy it separately cheap). I like DreamWeaver for comples builds, but use homesite for day-to-day shit.
