All hosts have problems but these scammers have hands down been the worst for a long time.

No surprise at all. IIC is the worst hosting company in the universe. You'd be better off hosting with two tin cans a piece of hahahahahahahaha Not to mention they keep billing you even after to cancel. They did it to me three months after I canceled a server that spent more time down than up.
