So who is Acacia suing now??? WTF.. they want to get class action status so they can avoid the multiple legal proceedings. I think everyone should file a suit against them individually on the same damn day in every state in the US.. Fuckers.

i'm just wondering who the elite 8 are that are now being sued. Wasn't there some sort of injunction for further proceedings until the February court date?

From what I read. These aren't new procedings. They are adding the 8 along with the Homegrown crew, Lightspeed and others.

It's pretty pitival when Acacia can only get 106 licenses after all this time. It's going on 2 or 3 years since they asked for the first license.

I guess I didn't phrase that very well icedemon. That's what I get for posting prior to having a minimum of 4 cups of coffee. What I should have said was I was under the impression that they could not alter the original suit prior to the February court date.
