Your asking for a server @ $250.00 a month with 5mbps?

Hope you don't need any tech support besides reboots.

If thats the case your best bet is rackshack.

Outside of that your looking for a provider that doesn't have multiple connections to thier routers, or any kind of emergency generator backups. Your going to lose a lot of "taken for granted services" with that budget.
