    To Those About to SPAM (re CAN SPAM law)

    There's some interesting buzz going around that SPAMMING will basically be legal come January 1. This may or may not be true. But what is true is that "legit" spam is easier to block because you can't hide your info now or else go to prison.

    So YES, there will be a flood of spam but NO they will get blocked by brightmail, spamx, and tons of other filtering devices that need REAL info to succeed.

      Good, I hope they continue to blacklists block after block of IP ranges. That way, when everyone misses half of all their mail they'll decide those spam filters are fucking retarded.

                                                      It's tough to say because noone knows what the situation will be 5 years from now. If you have a good arsenal and can stay on top of things I'd say many many millions.
