here is one area where europe is far ahead of the US ... most people i know in the US joke about driving drunk (and i personally know more than one person who has either killed or been killed) ... in europe they look at you like a complete asshole if you even hint at driving drunk... dont know if its harsher laws or culture ... but its interesting
