sexzity should be able to do that so long as general traffic is ok.

You didn't say the desired niche, whether you have a free site, pay site, gallery, ...

General traffic is ok, so long as it's from the UK/US/Canada.
The traffic is going to a paysite.

As far as I know, Sexzity can't filter his traffic like that.
